Every person experiences regression differently. Some perceive vivid imagery, while others sense emotions, body sensations, symbolic impressions, or simply have an intuitive understanding of what is happening. There is no right or wrong way to experience a past life. You remain relaxed, aware, and fully in control throughout the session.

In-person past life regression

If this is your initial session, it will be a 2-hour session. We start with a consultation and assessment. During the consultation, we’ll set an intention for what you hope to achieve. The assessment includes a series of suggestibility questions as part of the process to enter a hypnotic state.

Once the assessment is complete, we’ll move on to relaxation and induction, guiding you into a deep, focused state of relaxation. From there, you’ll embark on a journey through your past lives. During this process, you will be guided through imagery and asked questions to help you uncover clues and connect with your higher self for wisdom and guidance.

Throughout the session, all you need to do is listen to the guidance. It’s important to note that you will not be asleep during the session. Instead, you will be in a state of deep relaxation, but you will remain fully aware, in control, and engaged the entire time.

At the end of the session, we will discuss the insights gained and how we can use them for future therapeutic sessions to help you reach your goals.

This session is conducted via Zoom. Remote sessions are just as effective as in-person ones. Many clients appreciate the comfort of online sessions, which can create deeper relaxation because they are in their own familiar and comfortable space. Plus, it often costs less and saves travel time and expenses for everyone. It is practical and accessible no matter where you live in the world.

If this is your initial session with us, we will conduct a consultation and an assessment, which includes a series of suggestibility questions, as part of the process of entering a hypnotic state. You have two options for the online session: a full 2-hour session or an introductory 90-minute session.

The full online session is interactive—describing what you see or feel while remaining engaged throughout the session.

The 90-minute introductory session is quieter and more internal. You’ll still stay engaged, but you won’t need to speak out loud, making it ideal for beginners or those who prefer to simply be guided without speaking during the session.

At the end of the session, we will discuss the insights gained and how we can use them for future therapeutic sessions to help you reach your goals.
