At the end of the session, we will discuss the insights gained and how we can use them for future therapeutic sessions to help you reach your goals.

This session is conducted via Zoom. Remote sessions are just as effective as in-person ones. Many clients appreciate the comfort of online sessions, which can create deeper relaxation because they are in their own familiar and comfortable space. Plus, it often costs less and saves travel time and expenses for everyone. It is practical and accessible no matter where you live in the world. This session is offered in two formats: a full 2-hour session and a shorter 75-minute session.
The full online session lasts about 2 hours and is interactive—you stay relaxed and in control, describing what you see or feel while remaining fully engaged throughout the session.
The 75-minute introductory session is quieter and more internal, ideal for beginners or those preferring a shorter experience.
Online sessions mirror in-person sessions, with no physical contact required. At the end, insights are discussed and applied to future therapeutic work.
To prepare, find a comfortable, safe, and distraction-free spot—such as a sofa or recliner—where you can fully relax without interruption.
